Back 2 Back caterings this weekend. Brought out the Santa Maria grill for 1 of them (requested by the client). We made pork belly, tri-tip, chicken, brisket, mac & cheese, spanish rice, garlic bread, and salads this weekend. Time for some R&R with the wife this weekend and then we’re back at it next weekend.
